Original self-indictment:
I confess to the crime "Obstructing the execution of an offical decision" Court Verdict GvM078/25 ordered 66 days of chastity without any break. I did not complete this obligation as ordered. I started immediately after the execution and I truly tried to obey, but I failed after 30 days and broke the chastity. After a very short time I started again and continued for a long time. In total, I was chaste for more than 66 days, but not in the required continuous way. I regret this failure and I feel ashamed not to show the discipline and respect that was expected from me by the Court and the Imperial Authority. I submit myself to judgement and will correct my behaviour.



Aggravating circumstances:
* the convicted person is a repeat offender (previous Court Verdicts GvM063/24 & GvM078/25)

Mitigating circumstances:
* none

COURT VERDICT:

The defendant is hereby sentenced to a summary sentence:

• a one-time financial punishment of 300 USD/EUR payable to Womania Empire
• a corporal punishment of 160 strokes of the cane on bare ass
  If the cane is broken during the caning, the caning will start again from the beginning from stroke number 1
• a corporal punishment of 25 strokes of the single tail leather whip on bare body (legs, ass, back)
• Lock his penis in a chastity cage for 90 days without a break

Further provisions of the Court Verdict:

• The FINANCIAL PENALTY is payable within 15 days after the effective date of this Judgment
• The CORPORAL PUNISHMENT (& IMPRISONMENT) must be executed until October 30, 2026 by any Regional Court Executrix of Womania Empire or in the OWK Castle.
• Video or photo record of his corporal punishment must be send to Womania Empire Authorized Court Lady Officer via email: womania@womaniaempire.com
• The sentenced creature is obliged to pay the costs associated with the execution of his corporal punishment and imprisonment
• His penis will be locked in a chastity cage from March 1, 2026, to May 29, 2026.
• The convict has until February 28, 2026 the right to choose an alternative punishment - to pay until March 8, 2026 a fine in the amount of 5 USD/EUR per cane and/or whip stroke or 10 USD/EUR per one day in chastity

General provisions:

• There is no possibility to appeal against this Judgment!
• The convict has the right to submit a REQUEST FOR MERCY BY THE EMPRESS in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Legal Standards of Womania Empire
